PAPAYA

Our newest rooms are Papaya and Mango, two rooms located next to each other close to the Yoga room. Papaya is the bigger of the two rooms with a king size bed or two twin beds. They share the bathroom and are equipped with a ecological compost toilet and a outside space with hamacks in front of the rooms.

It has:

  • King size bed or two twin beds
  • Mosquito net
  • Hammock
  • Fan
  • Small refrigerator
  • Security box, big enough for your laptop
  • Free wireless internet

Additional cots and baby/toddler crib are available.

All bungalows are non-smoking.

Terms and conditions:

The price per night is for up to 2 occupants and in USD. Taxes are not included. There is an extra charge of $20 USD for each additional person per night.  There is a 4-night minimum stay for Christmas, New Year and Easter.

RESERVATIONS: If you would like to reserve a bungalow, please contact us.

Reservations require a deposit of 50% and the balance is due on your arrival. Payments for the reservations can be made through Wise, Zelle, Paypal, or bank deposit to a US or Mexican bank.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!

Reservations can be cancelled and deposits refunded up to 15 days before the begin of your reserved stay only, and minus a penalty fee of 10% of the total price.

There are now 3 more or less reliable - ATM machine in Zipolite with high fees, 1 in Puerto Angel and 2 in Mazunte, otherwise the closest bank is in Pochutla (20 min from Zipolite).

Zipolite

Zipolite is located at the coast of Oaxaca state in Southern Mexico. Its location is very special because it is at the southernmost tip of the coast where on the short days of the year you can see the sun rise from the ocean and set into the ocean as well.
